Whitesun traditionally celebrates the Holy Spirit received by Jesus' disciples - which in turn founded the Christian Church.
For us, this is like a miracle of understanding that goes beyond the mind: and so, in the Pentecost retreat with Soham, we too celebrate the certainty that we are a holy soul and can become aware of the divine nature within us.
The surroundings of Madhubhan offer best possibilities for walks and excursions - the spacious garden invites you to relax and stay in silence.
You look for security on the outside -
but security can only be found on the inside.
Inside you are in deep peace, without limits and do not cling to the thoughts. Therefore: Direct your attention inward. Stay in contact with your holy soul, which is a part of God.

Satsang until ca.12 o'clock, departure after lunch
Retreats are days of silence and meditative introspection. During this time, questions and inner processes can be shared and clarified in conversation with Soham.
During the retreat, satsang takes place twice a day, at 10:00 am and 7:30 pm.
At the beginning of the evening satsang there is a common meditation of 30 minutes.
Satsang with Soham will take place in English and will be simultaneously translated into German..
