MAHASHIVRATRI RETREAT

Mahashivratri is one of the most important Hindu festivals of the year for meditators. It opens the door to deeper levels of stillness within each practitioner. Everyone can experience pure consciousness, the cosmic energy of Shiva. Dwelling in this consciousness allows us to experience oneness with the true Self - deep unity and stillness.

In February, we celebrate Mahashivratri. On this day - a great festival in India - Swamiji returns after spending 45 days in deep meditation. Directly from the depth of this silence, he gives the divine energy to all seekers.

Soham will also retire for some time during Anushthan. With the Mahashivrati retreat, he wants to share with us all the blessings he has received.
So, for this wonderful occasion, we are offering a new silent retreat, crowned by this festive event. So it promises to be a very special experience.

Satsang until ca.12 pm, departure after lunch

Retreat is a time of silence and meditative introspection. Everyone can share and clarify their questions and processes in conversation with Soham.
During the retreat there will be satsang twice a day, at 10:00 and 19:30. At the beginning of the evening satsang there is a common meditation of 30 minutes.
Satsang with Soham takes place in English and is directly translated into German.
