A 7-chakra journey for beginners and experienced yoga practitioners
In his talks, Swamiji explores the role of chakra cleansing in meditative practice. This March, we invite you to a week-long Chakra Yoga experience led by a qualified yoga instructor.
Each session focuses on activating the chakras, the circulatory system, the nerves and muscles, as well as life energy. From the crown to the root chakra, each session focuses on one chakra, accompanied by mantras and inspiring texts from the Yoga Sutras.
We remain in silence outside of practice times. Following the evening meditation together, the Satsang with Soham invites you to further deepen your practice and engage in introspection and self-reflection.

An online retreat is a very special challenge
You’re in your usual surroundings, surrounded by neighbors who aren’t on the retreat and don’t know what it’s about. Your books are on the shelf, and you can turn on the TV or use the computer at any time… Simply being with yourself is a challenge. But it’s worth it.
In an online retreat, you can truly take a break from your “normal world.” Make the most of it. Turn it into a retreat, completely and utterly. And stay true to yourself. Improvise and see how it can harmonize with your situation. It’s something very flexible and is allowed to be in flux.
Soham's recommendations for online retreat participants:
- Let your friends know that you will be meditating during this time.
- Turn off your phone and TV.
- Put your books out of sight.
- Make sure you have comfortable clothes.
- Make sure you have a sufficient supply of fresh food.
- Eat light meals and avoid alcohol.
- Do light exercises and go for walks.
- Go to bed early and get up as soon as you wake up.
- Let everything you do during this time be a form of meditation.
