Soham was personally instructed by the Indian master S.H. Shree Shivkrupanand Swami in Himalaya Samarpan Meditation, a simple tool for attaining self-knowledge and liberation.

Since 2017, Soham has been promoting awareness of this meditation in the Western world and teaches it in his Satsangs.
