Placeholder quote.
Words spoken from the heart.
Retreats are days of silence and meditative introspection.
The absence of external conventions makes it easier for us to focus on our inner being and to perceive more clearly what is present within us.
Verbal exchange takes place only during Satsang. During this time, questions and inner processes can be shared and clarified in conversation with Soham.
"During a retreat, silence is the highest,
indeed the most significant element.
The habit of speaking perpetuates the illusion
and keeps the idea of the 'I' alive.
In silence, in this moment —
here there is no 'I' and no 'you.'
There is only Being. Rest in this freedom."
SOHAM
Satsang takes place twice daily during the retreat.
At 10:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.
At the beginning of the evening Satsang, there is a 30-minute group meditation.
The Satsang is held in English and simultaneously translated into German.
